The Long Haul for the School Hall
A long paddle for a school hall.....
Te Anau, Southland
Our principal is going to paddle the shore of our lake which has the longest shoreline of any lake in New Zealand at approximately 340km to help raise funds for a new school hall.
We are in great need of a new school hall. Our old one is too small, has weather tightness issues and in general disrepair.
When you live in the deep south a place for us all to meet in is incredibly important!

Te Anau School has a strong vision of ‘Climbing Our Way to the Top’. Students use this vision to strive to be the best that they can be, whether it is in the classroom, out in the bush or in the playground with their friends.

Thank you very much to everyone who has donated. Your support is absolutely appreciated!
It is now almost 3 weeks since I have finished. I had an amazing trip and will always remember both the trip and the support that I received.
My body is pretty much back to normal, I am back to my normal weight and I can now feel all of my bum!
